Leek Auctions

Dairy Reports

It was a tremendous Pedigree Sale at Leek on Tuesday with 97 passing through the ring and trade sharp throughout both for the pedigree and commercial sections.

Although nothing passed the £2000 mark on Tuesday, trade was really fast for the quality on offer with the whole entry averaging £1486.

Another good entry forward at Leek on Tuesday and although we were short on quality, trade was probably stronger still with the entire entry coming to a superb average of £1456.

Dairy trade continues to remain strong with the very best consistently past the £2000 mark and this was definitely the case today.

A smashing entry of 51 milkers forward on Tuesday and although not reaching the heady heights of last week, trade was still solid for the quality on offer.
