Dairy Reports

Well what a difference a week makes in the Dairy Ring. A vibrant atmosphere with 73 passing through the ring on a buoyant trade with all breeds and qualities selling well.

A few less around with quality very mixed and trade continuing to be very hit and miss.

Milk was certainly the order of the day with a red & white second calver from Messrs Bennett, Whiston selling to £1700.

Dairies sold on a similar trade to last week.

A very mixed quality forward today with the lighter weight 2nd/3rd quality heifers proving harder to sell.
