Dairy Reports

Well it is safe to say that there was something for everyone in the dairy shed today with 145 head passing through the ring including milkers, In-calf heifers, youngstock, 7 stock bulls and a small herd dispersal.

A sunny day outside meant many had silage fever however the trade for dairies was still solid.

A nicer quality forward on Tuesday produced a smashing trade with all milkers including those with faults averaging £1412.

A nice entry forward on Tuesday saw some very nice cows on offer.

A nice entry of milkers met an easier trade than on previous weeks with heifers topping at £1700.
