An extremely busy day in the dairy shed at Leek saw 59 milkers sold within the commercial section and the special entry of in-calf heifers and young stock from the Matkin family of Alderwasley.

A beautiful sunny day perhaps meant a few more buyers were hay making rather than round the ring however trade was still strong for milkers and in-calf heifers.

A really marvellous trade on Tuesday at the monthly pedigree sale saw so many highlights 

The trade for dairies were ‘off the clock’ on Tuesday with MORE numbers desperately needed to satisfy demand.
