Store Sheep Reports

A total entry of 4,708 store and breeding sheep were on offer for the first sale of the new season, with buyers in attendance from a wide area including Lincolnshire and Pembrokeshire.

2,196 Store and breeding sheep were on offer with an excellent entry of store lambs attracting buyers from a wide area seeing a firm trade throughout for all types and sizes.

A pleasing entry of 2,940 store lambs and breeding sheep were on offer, together with the separate pedigree Derbyshire Diamonds sale of Texel's (see separate report).

Leek Auctions is delighted to report a highly successful sale on behalf of the Derbyshire Texel Club. The Derbyshire Diamonds sale attracted great interest with buyers attending from Southern Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales and plenty of others from much closer to home.

A total entry of 4,033 store and breeding sheep were on offer, being a very pleasing entry considering the wintery weather, with buyers attending from a wide area including west Wales.
