A good entry of lambs forward with almost two thirds of the entry in the heavy and overweight categories but all well bid for throughout.
Best lambs a very good trade to top at 406p/kg and plenty at 380p – 400p. Best heavy lambs £200 plus.
Under finished lambs may be better sold in the Saturday store sales.
Overall average at 344p/kg or £158.05/head and an SQQ at 347p/kg.
