Shearlings & Ewes
Texel shearling ewes from Messrs Jeffries of Sudbury, topped the section at £285 with two pens of Texel shearlings from E Morten & Sons of Barmoorclough at £240 and £235.
Another pen of Texels from K House of Somerford sold for £200 with Zwartbles from I & R Crabtree of Shirley at £200 for two pens.
Mule shearlings, from A Heathcote of Macclesfield sold up to £190 (X3).
Suffolk shearlings from G J Bailey of Weston sold up to £175 and £170 from Steve Berrisford of Wildboarclough.
Pedigree Texel ewes from Paul and Anna Johnson of Bignal End sold up to £410 and £340.
Lambs
Texel ewe lambs for S J Hudson of Ilam sold up to £120 (X3) for 3 pens with Dutch Spotted ewe lambs from M Beaumont of Tomkin Lane at £110.
Breeding Rams
Charolais shearling rams from M Prince of Ashover sold Up to £400 (X2) with an older Texel ram from the same vendor at £400 with ram lambs from M Kilroe of Chelford at £200.
