Clean cattle topped at £2006.90 for a Friesian Bull, averaging at £1838.73/head
A British Blue bull topped the calves at £910, and a Limousin heifer sold to £670 but the trade of the day was the natives with Herford bulls topping at £675!

Top headage price today was a very respectable £2044.40 for a British Blue cow weighing 760kg, selling to 269p/kg for J Jervis of Cheadle.
A Dairy Shorthorn weighing 745kg sold to £1728.40, selling to 232p/kg for SJ Hooley of Macclesfield.

A small entry of Friesian bulls peaked at £2006.90/head today, selling to 329/kg for JE Archer & Sons of Hilton with an Aberdeen Angus bull grossing at £1752.80, selling to 313p/kg for the same vendor.
The overall average for clean cattle was a pleasing 318.39/kg or £1838.73/head.

A good trade for the quality forward topping at £2600 for a milky heifer from Halton Farms of Congleton. They also had another to £2450.
