The second goat sale at leek auctions was met with 46 head of goat on offer, with trade fast throughout and plenty of buyers in attendance. Average on the day £85 per head.
Top price included £120 for a weather Boer x from D Hodgkinson, Burton. Who also sold a Nanny Boer x to £115.
1 Nanny Boer x from E Bennison, Stockport Achieved £120, who also had 2 nanny kids to £110, 3 weather kids from the same home to £105 and 2 weathers kids to £100.
A Sayer, Hilderstone had a Boer Nanny to £114 and a Boer Nanny yearling to £114.
O Woodward, Windley had a nice entry of 15 nanny Boer x goats achieving £80 for 12 with another 3 achieving £85, a weather from the same home achieved £80.
