8,475 Store Lambs and Breeding Sheep were on offer seeing another strong trade in all sections.
7,099 Store Lambs
These were a similar strong trade throughout with some sorts looking dearer than the previous sale a fortnight ago to average £120.31.
The sale was very well attended with buyers from a large area including West and Mid Wales and all over the Midlands and they were looking for lambs in large quantities.
Top price paid was £160 for Texel X ewe lambs from G Redfern of Onecote with others at £156 from P & M Hayward & Son of Chapel en le Frith.
