A total entry of 6,441 store lambs and breeding sheep with buyers and vendors in attendance from a wide area.

There were some new buyers in attendance with trade even firmer than a fortnight ago for some sorts to average £116.15/head.
A top price of £147 for a pen of Continental lambs from J W Beech of Uttoxeter.
Texel lambs achieved up to £140 for ewe lambs from K P & L J Cooper of Bradnop with others up to £139.50 from J B Rowlinson & Son of Ramshorn with another pen of ewe lambs from K P & L J Cooper of Bradnop at £138.
