DAIRIES
Selling time – 11:30am
Auctioneers – Meg Elliott (07967 007049) & Mark Elliott (07973 673092)
Dairies to £2360
A superb entry of milkers forward and despite not having an abundance of quality, trade was swift throughout with all goods selling exceptionally well.
Fittingly leading the day at £2360 was Mick and Kay Hulse with a stylish third calver. The day marked the end of their on-going herd dispersal, and it is with sadness that we won’t have any more of their cows to sell. They have consistently topped the market throughout, a reflection on their reputation and the quality of their cows. We wish them well for the future.
Second up on the day was a sweet heifer from Edward and Dianne Bennett at £2280.
Entries are already coming on for next week’s sale so if you have stock to sell do not hesitate to contact Anna Wildgoose on 07532 237232.
